Job Responsibilities - Marketing Manager

  • Explore suitable alliances having brand fitment with most of the nationalized banks, telecom giants, aviation industry, etc.
  • Responsibilities ranging from partnership feasibility study, commercial negotiations, operational or technical set-up, and development of marketing plan including launch offer and subsequent joint promotions.
  • Residential & Retail Alliances.
  • Handling partnerships with E-Commerce partners, Hotels, Car rentals, Lifestyle, BFSI, Telecom, Airlines, Utilities sector companies.
  • Revenue Generation explore new avenues for business.
  • Responsible for relationship management with alliance partners; handle contractual discussions and performance monitoring. Tasks include routine contract amendments, technical and rate renegotiations.
  • Execute Marketing Strategy and ensure a consistent image is being portrayed. 
  • Actively executing BTL and ATL activates and corporate tie ups.
  •  Be proactive in developing publicity opportunities and effectively dealing with media.
  • Maintain and update all necessary internal and external signage.
  • Create ongoing in-house promotions and activities to stimulate sales, staff and customers.
  • Give inputs on business decisions by staying on top of wellness industry trends.
  • Consistently develop and grow retail sales through training, tools and monitoring.
  • Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Maintain fresh, effective programs to consistently retain and grow customer base.
  • Develop and maintain compensation guidelines for customer complaint handling.
