  1. Drive spa sales for both product and services. Ability to manage multiple projects.
  2. Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are being met in the best possible way.
  3. Maintains a working knowledge of industry trends and products.
  4. Supervise and coordinate daily operations in all Spa areas.
  5. Responsible for maintaining consistent and regular attendance of all Spa associates.
  6. Ensure adequate staffing levels in the Spa during assigned shift, by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, assisting with career development, and redirecting associates, as needed.
  7. Exceptional customer service skills.
  8. Excellent safety and sanitation skills.
  9. Oversee associate work schedule and submit biweekly payroll.
  10. Attend management meetings and participate in Manager on Duty rotation as needed.
  11. Manage inventory effectively and follow purchasing standards.
  12. Establish marketing to promote and increase financial performance within the spa.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all departments.
  14. Represent the Centre to members and the community in a professional and positive manner.
  15. Should have knowledge of MMS software or any other Software.
